Welcome Home!

Do you have a problem with food? Do you eat compulsively? Can you stop after the first bite? Do you have behaviors around food that bring you shame?

Is your problem more subtle? Do you feel that if only your weight can be managed, life would get better? Is this the basis for your exercise plan? Have you ever been too excessive with your workout routine, all with the hopes of gaining control?

Does your body bring you shame? Do you think you are overweight even though others say you look great? Do you use clothing to hide your body?

If you are new to this page welcome. But if any of this resonates with you then welcome home. All of us, in Overeaters Anonymous, have obsessed with food and have used food as a solution to our problems. We are all over the world and are of many backgrounds. What we have in common is a way out of the food problem through the twelve steps of Overeaters Anonymous.

Many of us felt alone at the start of our journey. To our surprise, we found that in the rooms of OA (virtual or not) we can develop a sense of fellowship and even a way to love ourselves.
