Planning a GSI Event on Zoom
If your group is using a GSI Zoom Account, you can have an event during your meeting time. If your event is on the weekend, check if your date is available by emailing the webmaster. You will get a special link that ensures that you don’t interfere with ongoing weekend meetings. This meeting link hosts 100 people and no more. If you think your meeting will be larger than that, request a large meeting link which accommodates 500 people. This will cost GSI $50 and bear in mind that only 1 event (Attitude of Gratitude) in the past two years has exceeded 100 people.
If you would like a registration form, email the webmaster or try Google forms if you are not collecting money.
To publicize your event: a) email the webmaster@seattleoa.org b) email Region One events c) submit event to OA.org’s Facebook page 2 weeks before the event.
