Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of compulsive overeaters. There are no dues, no fees, no weigh-ins. Meetings are on an ongoing basis.

Featured Meeting of the Month

Every OA meeting is unique and each month we will feature a different OA meeting here. Any member can write about their favorite meeting. This is a great opportunity for struggling meetings to get the word out.

Small meeting, but powerful by Cheryl D.
(OA-HOW Old Timers' Meeting)

Looking for a meeting where you can share deeply and feel totally supported? Then come join us at the 7 p.m. HOW Old Timers' meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month at Olympic View Community Church. This meeting is small but powerful.

It was started over ten years ago and was designed to support those with long-term abstinence, but all who have a desire to stop eating compulsively are enthusiastically invited.

This meeting is a topic meeting that uses the AA Big Book as its study text.

Meeting info: OA-HOW Old Timers' Meeting
