Winter Retreat - Sound Files and MoreIf you missed Winter Retreat, or if you want to relive it, there are three ways you can share in the experience we had there. You can download audio files of the talks and panel discussion on the Speaker Sound Files Page. One of the highlights of Winter Retreat was when we wrote and shared "Dear John" letters to food. I've created a page for these letters. Please send yours to the Webmaster, whether or not you attended the retreat. Dear Food Letters Here is the collection of recovery slogans that Karen O-E shared at the retreat. Slogans (PDF) Fall 2009 NewsletterThe latest issue of Recovery Today is available now on the Newsletter page. Sponsorship HelpThe Sponsorship Page has resources for anyone who has a sponsor, needs a sponsor, is a sponsor, or who would like to be a sponsor. Do you need help finding a sponsor? Are you willing to serve as a sponsor? Camille, our Sponsor Coodinator, has a list of names of temporary and potential permanent sponsors to help get you started in your search for a sponsor. The Sponsor Cordinator will try to help you find one who meets your needs but it’s still up to you to find a sponsor who is right for you. Please email Camille if you would like help finding a sponsor or if you are willing to be on our list of sponsors. GSI Speaker Sound FilesThe Speaker Sound Files Page has mp3 sound files from the 2008 GSI Winter Retreat. (Speakers from other GSI retreats will be added in the future.) These files can be played directly on your computer or downloaded for later use in portable sound players such as I-Pods. The link to the L.A. Intergroup Virtual Speakers Bureau is now on this page.
